Summer Cocktail

Don't you think, more remind about cocktail in summer?

I introduce some sweet and cool cocktails.

1. Blue Hawaii

What do feel, when you hear and imagine blue hawaii? Isn't it cool?

Blue hawaii can bring that feeling.

Recipe

Ingredients

Rum 2

Blue curacao 1

Lime juice 2

Pine juice 1

Mixing them.

Blue hawaii will make you feel cool.

2. June Bug

Jun bug is in tenth the ranking of popular cocktail in Korea.

Jun bug is made in TGIF Pusan, Korea.

It became famous over the world.

Recipe

Ingredients

1. melon liquor 30ml

2. rum 15ml

3. banana liquor 15ml

4. lemon juice 30ml

5. pineapple juice 60ml

Fill into the ingredients in order to number 1~5, and mix them.

* June bug doesn't include melon, but its taste almost like melon.

It has so soft and mild taste.

Vodka Jelly

Let's make vodka soaked gummy bears.

1. Prepare gummy bear in the bowl.

2. Pour any vodka.

3. Wait 3 hours.

4. Then vodka soaked gummy bears will be completed~

be careful for children to eat!!!!!

With Samgyupsal or Sashimi

I recommend two of bomb drinks you.

You may hear that first, but trust and fallow these recipe.

They goes well with samgyupsal or sashimi.

Try them with samgyupsal and sashimi.

It will be good.

1. Samsaekju

ingredients

- pitcher of beer

- soju

- bokbunjaju

Bokbunjaju is a korean on of alcohol beverage.

step1. Fill a small glass of soju and bokbunjaju half-and-half.

step2. Fill 2/3 big glass of beer with cream.

step3. Pour carefully the step1 glass into step2 glass.

step4. They will make gradation.

2. Ambassaju

Ambassaju named because of its visual is almost ambassa drink.

Beer, soju and cider are needed.

soju : beer : cider

1    :    1    :    2

Fill these ingredients into the glass in the ratio of above.

Then blocking the entrance of cup with tissue.

Shaking the cup quickly to mix them.

Before disappearance of cream, drink it quickly. 

Watermelon Vodka

Surprisingly, it is possible to make drinks with watermelon.

Here are two kinds of watermelon vodka.

1. Vodka watermelon

Watch the video above.

Put vodka bottle into watermelon and wait 3 days.

Then, all vodka come in to the watermelon. That's amazing!!!!!

Let's try it.

2. Watermelon Cocktail

Have you ever eaten watermelon drink?

Let's make the watermelon cocktail with Marie brizard watermelon.

It isn't expensive than other liquor. But it's sweet and delicious.

Mix the Marie brizard and tonic water or soda.

If you are satisfied its taste, try to other versions of Marie brizard.

There are peach, apple and watermelon flavors.

Non-alcoholic Cocktail

                                       You are in a party, but you can't drink alcohol...!?

If you can't drink alcohol, I recommend you to non-alcoholic cocktail. With non-alcoholic cocktail, you will enjoy party with your friends.

Pineapple Cooler

Ingredients

pineapple

lavender, rosemary or lemon verbena

lemon juice

Cut the peel from pineapple, remove core and cut pineapple

blend the cutting pineapple with blender

Pour into a glass

Add sugar, lemon juice and rosemary

Iced Fruit Punch

Ingredients

assorted fruits juices

ginger ail
soda

mix all the ingredients and put ice cubes in a glass

Long Island Iced Tea

Long island iced tea is made with many different liquor. So, it is bomb cocktail. But taste is so good and cool. After you enjoy it once, you may want to drink it in summer.

Despite no black tea in long island iced tea, it make tea taste and color. So, It is loved by people.

If you don't like smell of alcohol, just exclude Tequila. Or if you want sweet taste, add more Coke.

Recipe

1. Vodka 15ml

2. Gin 15ml

3. Rum 15ml

4. Tequila 15ml

5. Cointreau 15ml

6. Lemon juice 30ml

7. Coke

Fill the liquors in order and add Coke as much as you like.

For Coke Mania

Introduce cocktails that made with Coke for Coke mania.

1. Cuba Libre

Did you see the video?

If you saw that, you would want to drink Cuba libre.

Mix rum, lime juice and Coke.

If you don't have rum, use vacardi black.

or

2. Jack Coke

Prepare Coke and Jackdaniel's.

Fill into glass Coke and Jackdaniel's in ratio of  1:2.

When put some ice cubes in them, taste better.
