1. Samsaekju

ingredients

- pitcher of beer

- soju

- bokbunjaju

Bokbunjaju is a korean on of alcohol beverage.

step1. Fill a small glass of soju and bokbunjaju half-and-half.

step2. Fill 2/3 big glass of beer with cream.

step3. Pour carefully the step1 glass into step2 glass.

step4. They will make gradation.

2. Ambassaju

Ambassaju named because of its visual is almost ambassa drink.

Beer, soju and cider are needed.

soju : beer : cider

1    :    1    :    2

Fill these ingredients into the glass in the ratio of above.

Then blocking the entrance of cup with tissue.

Shaking the cup quickly to mix them.

Before disappearance of cream, drink it quickly.
